Returns & Exchanges

Used reeds cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept reed diffusers where the reeds have been used, inserted into the bottle, or exposed to the fragrance oil. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be new and unused in original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

I really wanted to support a small business, but unfortunately the scent wasn’t a good fit for me. I purchased the sandalwood and vanilla diffuser but the fragrance was much stronger than expected and I actually found myself coughing at night and eventually had to take it outside. I reached out hoping to exchange it for something lighter but because the item had been opened, an exchange wasn’t possible. I understand the policy, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t another option for an unhappy customer. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing the diffuser away. I’ll likely stick with larger fragrance companies in the future that offer more flexible return or exchange policies.

I did offer an exchange for a lighter option — due to health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept opened or used items back, and per our policy the customer covers return shipping. As a two-person business, we're not able to absorb that cost, and asking us to resell an opened, used product wouldn't be fair to us or to our other customers.
